WebI've got ADHD-PI and I've seen a ton of really accurate descriptions about how it subjectively feels, on and off meds. I haven't seen any good descriptions of how it feels to be hyperactive though. I often fidget and stuff. I do it without thinking. People notice and find it annoying but it's not a huge deal.
