WebbI don't know what it does for your metabolism but I know that personally my body reacts better if I eat six times a day. It's still broken out into meals and snacks instead of six even meals but I always aim for six times a day. Do what works for you. If you feel good and have enough energy throughout the day with three meals go for it.
